Except in cases of confirmed error, fraud, or where required by law, contributions are final and non-refundable. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio for any dispute not subject to informal resolution or another agreed process.
